Completely Remodeled Three Seasons Room in Bartlett, Illinois

The customers had an existing three seasons room on the back of their home.  They wanted to convert the room into an all seasons family room.  The room was large enough to accommodate the space that the customers desired.

To begin the transformation we removed all of the existing windows and installed new insulated double hung windows with clad exterior and wood interior.  We wrapped the outside of the windows with aluminum to match the other existing house windows.

In the interior we removed the existing paneling on the walls and ceiling.  We installed additional electrical outlets and recessed can lights in the ceiling.  We also installed new heat vents and cold air returns tying into the existing heating/cooling systems.  We installed the proper insulation in the walls and ceiling.

We installed ½” drywall on the walls and ceiling.  We installed pine casing around the new windows and pine base molding.  To finish off the room carpet was installed.
